Is there a setup fee or hidden fees?

No. There are no setup fees or hidden fees. All costs are clearly listed.

How is pricing structured?

We offer two plans — the Starter Suite and the Advanced & Custom Suite — as well as standalone products.

How is Connexup different from marketplace commissions?

Unlike marketplace apps that take 20–30% from every order, Connexup never takes a cut of your revenue. We offer two pricing models to fit different needs: the Starter Suite covers unlimited locations for a flat monthly fee, with a 2.5% per-order fee on the restaurant's side; standalone products are priced per location with no per-order fees at all.

Are payment processing fees included?

No. Payment processing fees are charged by your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), not by Connexup. Order volume does not affect your subscription fee.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. The Starter Suite and all standalone products each include a 30-day free trial — no credit card required.

Do you provide hardware?

No. Our plans do not include hardware. You can use your own devices, or contact us if you'd like to purchase hardware through us.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Connexup bills monthly on a prorated basis — you only pay for the days you've used.
